The Blossom Academy was born from the deep belief that true well being is a perfect harmony between body, mind, and spirit going beyond the traditional boundaries of fitness and nutrition.
Our exclusive retreats, set in energetically powerful locations like Ibiza and other carefully selected destinations, offer a unique regenerative experience where nature and atmosphere come together to support deep and lasting transformation.
Our approach carefully and thoughtfully integrates personalized functional training protocols, mindful movement practices such as Pilates and Yoga, regenerating detox nutrition, and mindfulness techniques.
Every element of the program is designed to boost strength and flexibility, promote longevity and overall well-being, visibly enhance physical appearance, and cultivate healthy, sustainable habits over time.
Each day follows a natural rhythm that begins on Thursday with check-in by 3:00 PM. The afternoon starts with a welcome briefing and tea at 5:30 PM, followed by a revitalizing post-travel stretching and draining session at 7:00 PM. The evening ends with a refined dinner in the villa at 8:30 PM.
Friday begins with a sunrise yoga session at 8:00 AM, followed by a nourishing breakfast at 9:30 AM. At 11:00 AM, we head out for a scenic hike, with lunch served outdoors at 1:30 PM. The afternoon is free to enjoy the beach, before meeting again for a villa training session at 7:00 PM. The evening is yours to explore the island’s culinary delights.
Saturday continues with a regenerating flow of morning yoga, moments of relaxation and discovery, and closes with a candlelight dinner and an evening of sharing.
Sunday offers a slower pace, starting with breakfast at 8:30 AM and check-out by noon.
The 2025 season kicks off on May 1st and runs through the end of June, with retreats scheduled on selected dates

Ivana boasts over 20 years of experience in marketing, communication, and event planning.
Over the past five years, following a period of emotional difficulty, she embraced the world of wellness, discovering in Pilates and functional training the key to regaining energy, balance, and overall well-being. This newfound awareness led her to create The Blossom Academy, a project that brings together her extensive background in event organization and her deep passion for holistic health.
This year, she earned her official certification in Pilates Matwork, further solidifying her expertise and commitment to promoting a mindful, professional approach to movement.
Deeply convinced of the importance of self-care education, she has chosen to collaborate with some of the most exceptional professionals she first met as a student—individuals who have since become both trusted partners and dear friends.
Stefania Seimur
Lead instructor and conscious movement specialist
Stefania’s journey is defined by continuous learning and exploration, with ongoing training that evolves year after year to offer an increasingly advanced and holistic approach to mindful movement. She has coached Italy’s youth rhythmic gymnastics team.
At the core of her method lies dance—her first great passion. From a young age, she devoted herself to classical ballet, later discovering and falling in love with Argentine tango, an art form that fuses technique with powerful expression.
Today, in addition to dance, Stefania embraces new disciplines that enhance strength, flexibility, and posture, including Barre and Stretching—essential not only for dancers but for anyone looking to build a toned, harmonious, and agile body. Barre combines elements of Pilates and dance for an elegant, sculpting, and strengthening workout, while Stretching—often underestimated—is key to improving joint mobility, reducing muscle tension, and preventing injuries.
Stefania has made these practices a true lifestyle, allowing her to develop a strong, flexible, and balanced body while always honoring her mental and physical well-being. Her mission is to share this experience with anyone ready to rediscover the joy of movement, build confidence, and find a renewed balance between energy, strength, and lightness.
